About Katrina
As a child, I grew up in a quaint village in England, in sight of the hills of Wales and as old as the hills themselves. This small village is mentioned in the Domesday Book, a great survey of the land of England and Wales ordered by William the Conqueror in 1086. The nearby city of Chester is so steeped in history that much can’t be revealed due to the layers of history building upon themselves over the ages. In tracing back my family’s history, it is remarkable how far back we go in the same small local area.
As a teen, my family and I came to Minnesota. Soon, I met and married my husband, Mike, and we settled down in Wright County to raise our family.
Today my husband and I still enjoy small-town life, though we have moved up north, to the beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area, and our two daughters are married with their own children. They are both independent and strong daughters that I am very proud of.
I am lucky to be surrounded by animals. My horses keep me grounded in life while letting me fly as we travel as one. The long-ago-passed J.J. was a talker; he would call to me across miles when things weren’t right in the barn. While my other horses across the years would tell me things, none has matched J.J. for conversation. My current two ponies, Jewel and Artimus, have a great deal to say lately about the weather, their feed, and the adventures we go on. It’s nice to know they appreciate their care and our adventures.
Charlie and Poppit are my English springer spaniels. They both have opinions about a great many things and are adamant that I should know. They keep me good company as I do the homesteading chores about the property.
I started this journey many years ago. A deck of tarot cards used for storytelling became my intuitive tool of choice. As a teen, my curiosity became a hobby, which then blossomed into a passion, and now I share it with you. I give tarot readings both near and far, at events, private meetings, phone, and via Zoom from my 3-camera studio.
Through intuitive tarot readings, I am able to provide insight and guidance for you, and by working with a variety of tarot decks, you receive a more attuned reading. My patrons tell me that my readings are like the unfolding of a story, lit by sage advice. I know they give you reassurance, answers, confidence, and a path forward to follow.
